The Pressure Is On.

Jackie Harvey

December 5, 2007

With all the hype this week about Pittsburgh vs. New England, it should be interesting to see if the Steelers can man up and put an end to New England’s perfect record. They are the last team that New England will play in the regular season that could possibly do it. Although I take that back, you might think I am crazy but the Dolphin’s will have every X anyone who was affiliated with the Fins since 1972 at the game on week 16. They will be everywhere praying for a miracle and will be interviewed by everyone. The Dolphin’s could keep what little fans they have left by not letting the Patriot’s share their record!

I would like to say congrat’s to all the Heisman finalists. If I was a betting person I would bet on Tebow to walk away with the trophy. I would bet, but I can’t find anyone that pays up when I win! Tebow has done so much this year and to think he is only a sophomore. Who thinks he will go pro after next season?????? He is crazy if he doesn’t. Maybe the Dolphin’s could pick him up. Ha my mistake that would be a move to rebuild.

Who else thinks Bryant Gumbel should be fired from calling the Thursday night games???? It is awful! I would rather turn the volume down and watch the game without it! I thought Dennis Miller was bad. Bryant needs to keep his boring behind on real sports. I could do a much better job!

I would also like to congratulate Brett Favre on becoming the 2007 Sportsman of the Year for Sports Illustrated. Although he has been great for many years, this year’s comeback has been incredible. I would like to hear from all those who were pushing his retirement. It makes you wonder if Dan Marino had another good year left in him. I have to say Brett looks hot on the cover.

Speaking of hot, word is Tony Romo is now after Jessica Simpson. He is not only competing with Tom Brady for the Super Bowl, but for hot women too! Hey guys what about regular working class women, we have something to offer!
