Dana White Reveals His Pick for UFC's Greatest Rivalry

The UFC CEO and Hermon High School alumnus has made his pick for the number one, greatest rivalry in the company’s history.

MMA—and the UFC in particular—was built on heated rivalries and the ability to sell massive fights, and as a new chapter begins with UFC 324 becoming the first event streamed on Paramount+, it feels fitting that we finally get an answer from the man in charge on who he believes is the sport’s greatest rivalry.

In a recent interview with Barstool Sports, Dana White said the rivalry between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier stands as the greatest in UFC history.

White explained that their feud went far beyond the cage, saying once fighters feel disrespected, there’s almost nothing that can stop things from turning physical.

Jones and Cormier fought twice in the UFC, with Jones originally winning both matchups, though the second result was later changed to a No Contest due to a doping violation.

Their bouts took place at UFC 182, where Jones won by decision, and UFC 214, where Jones scored a knockout that was later overturned.

And there you have it! According to Dana White, Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier have the greatest rivalry in UFC history.
